Why I Love Design-her Gals

Why I Love Design-her Gals

You’ve probably heard me speak about them before, and you’ve seen their graphic on the right sidebar as well as in the footer of my blog, but I just wanted to say it again…

I LOVE Design-her Gals!  When I first found out about them, I was on the site for hours!!  If you’ re not familiar with them, you basically go on their site and create a girl that looks like you (or your friends) dress them up, send e-cards, print business cards or invitations or lots of other gift items.

I loved them so much I decided to become an affiliate!  Not only because I think their products are amazing, but also because of the great cause behind it all.   With every purchase, 5% goes to the Gal to Gal Foundation – dedicated to stage IV breast cancer patients.    So, you’re not only getting something fun, you’re doing a good deed as well.  Two for the price of one – can’t beat it!

I have to say, I definitely practice what I preach (at least in this case).  In the past month, I’ve used their services over and over.  Take a look…

Created a new e-mail avatar

Ordered personalized notepads – the order came in a box with fun tissue paper and a personalized card thanking me and letting me know about the 5%.

I recently did a photo shoot at a Purim Carnival (more on that in a later post) and printed cards out to let everyone know where to view their photos.

On Monday I was in Connecticut for a photography convention (anothe rpost next week) and I knew there would be some networking going on.  Wanted a fun little card to hand out so I printed these.

And..just this morning I designed invites for my little one’s upcoming b’day party.

Sometimes I have them print things up for me, and other times I do it myself.  That’s the beauty of it – lots of choices!  I signed up for a 1 year print at home membership so I can print certain things off as I need them.

You can check them out by clicking on this link or on one of the graphics on my blog.

Send me an e-card with your gal on it!
