How was your weekend? Good I hope.
Yesterday I photographed my first wedding! The couple was really nice and laid back so it definitely made ME less nervous. I will share those photos with you in a couple of weeks.
In the meantime on the topic of weddings, during the summer I did another photo shoot for my friend Karen from Golden I Resortwear. She designed an elegant eyelet wedding dress. I just love eyelet! I have one eyelet shirt that I loved until I put it in the dryer by mistake. Oops! Karen is the same designer that designed the pink racerback dress I wrote about a while back.
The model was really sweet and playful. It was a hot summer day but we managed to get through it with lots of laughs.
Isn’t the dress pretty? It even has pockets!
An online magazine called Bridal Tribe did a feature on Golden I Resrtwear in their Fall issue and ended up using some of the photos in their article.
The photo shoot was definitely a collaborative effort – designer, stylist, makeup artist, hair, model…and photographer! 🙂
Do you feel you work better as part of a group or do you prefer to go solo?
