52 Week Photo Challenge – Week 5 – Enormous

52 Week Photo Challenge – Week 5 – Enormous

The theme for this week’s 52 Week Photo Challenge was ENORMOUS.  This week’s photo is in the disguise of a photo lesson on perspective.

52 Week Photo Challenge - Week 5 - ENORMOUS

In this photo, the boot looks very big.  The way you can do this is by getting a low perspective.  I got down on the floor – actually laying on my belly to take this photo.   Also, by putting my daughter in the background, she actually looks smaller than the boot.

Do you have any photos this week that represent ENORMOUS?  If so, post  a link in the comments section.

For next week we are up to letter F – so the theme is FRIENDSHIP.  Good luck and if you are heading to a superbowl party tonight, have fun!

I like what you did with the shoe. The attempt I made is a bit more feeble: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=4416743212863&set=a.4246542597954.2148261.1117345440&type=3&theater (cut & paste)

    Hi Nate,

You took a similar idea about using perspective as well! Creative!

Yes, I really liked your idea and I thought, in this car the city would seem like a much smaller place. Of course until you try to find a park.

Great shot! Love the composition and the lack and white. Truly brilliant!

[…] There was a band playing and local politicians making speeches.   Lots of speeches!  There were even a couple of ENORMOUS groundhogs making their way through the crowd.  (Should have used this for my ENORMOUS theme photo challenge!) […]
