Happy Valentine’s Day!
I hope you’re having a great day. My girls will be coming home from school soon. I wonder if they’re expecting a present?!? Well, of course I did get them each something and needed a quick and easy way to wrap it using stuff I already had on hand. I hope this gives you some ideas in case you want to spruce up gifts you may be giving today.
For my little one I used a plain old brown paper bag…
Cut an edge with decorative edge scissors that I have in my craft supplies,
and made a tag by printing out her photo onto a round white sticker and using scrapbook paper scraps and some craft punches.
I tied it off with red and pink satin ribbon to make it look extra fancy.
For my older daughter I found this wrapping paper in the dollar section at Target yesterday. I enhanced it with curling ribbon and some cute lollipops found at Deals.
If you’re giving presents to adults, the same principals apply.
You can dress up a plain wine bottle bag by stamping, and topping with a clothespin and tag. The tag was also made from paper scraps and craft punches.
I hope this inspires you for your valentine’s Day!
