What will you be doing for this mid week holiday? Feels weird when July 4th falls out on a Wednesday. Seems pretty uneventful since it’s just one day off. Honestly I don’t mind at all! It takes the pressure off of HAVING to do something special.

and my older daughter wants cake pops.
I have a set of star shaped cookie cutters that I never used. Maybe I’ll dust them off and make something fun with them today. I found these sweet treats online as inspiration.
